FCP Welcomes Jackson Cozzens
Director of Sales – Mezzanine Division

WILDOMAR, CA – March 2, 2026 – FCP announced today that Jackson Cozzens has joined the company as Director of Sales – Mezzanine, further strengthening its leadership team. In this role, Cozzens will lead FCP’s mezzanine marketing and sales strategy, drive revenue growth, and expand relationships with material handling dealers, contractors, and integrators across the Western United States. 

Cozzens brings more than a decade of sales and leadership experience in warehouse automation, packaging, and process improvement, where he has designed, implemented, and led multi-million-dollar automation projects that improve operational efficiency and throughput across North America. He brings deep industry expertise from his work with companies such as Ranpak, Raymond West, and Packsize. 

With a background spanning sales and marketing, operations management, and public relations, Cozzens is known for building strong customer and channel relationships. He is bilingual in English and Spanish and has extensive experience collaborating with integrators and dealers to deliver high-value warehouse optimization solutions.
